Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a flexible, customer-focused associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll engage customers, maintain a clean store, and train others, with opportunities for growth within TJX's global family. The role requires lifting, multi-tasking, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and train others; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Manage backroom organization and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Promote safety and comply with labor laws and store policies.
