Job summary

TJ Maxx in Flowood, MS is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates. You will model service, train staff, and ensure loyalty programs are promoted while maintaining a clean, organized store.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task. You will communicate with management, respond to issues promptly, and help protect store assets and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and adapt to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store hygiene.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Promotes safety and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Assigns tasks, communicates priorities, and provides feedback.
• Supports management in training needs.
