Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is hiring a Team Member to provide excellent customer service, keep the store clean, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role supports busy periods with flexible schedules, including mornings and overnights, and offers benefits for full- and part-time team members.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating products, promoting promotions, handling transactions, and maintaining stock. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying up-to-date on promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, provide correct change, process payments securely.
• Ensure accuracy of sales records and balances at shift end.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the store for a pleasant environment.
• Assist in inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
• Report low stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
