Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at a cash register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and maintain a clean, safe environment while providing friendly service. Part-time position located in West Jordan, UT with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
