Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our retail team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions, handle sales transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a part-time position at our Tobyhanna location with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
