Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and maintain a clean, stocked store.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while standing and walking for extended periods. Part-time schedule with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills required.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restocked and presentable; perform other duties as assigned.
