Job summary

You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs; part-time schedule typically includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
