Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock and stock replenishment, and help unload merchandise.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time position at our Rockton, IL location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store well-stocked; recover merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms; sweep and mop floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
