Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our Mableton store. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the floor stocked and clean, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle unloading trucks, stock replenishment, ensure safety and courtesy, and support leaders with daily tasks while maintaining a neat, welcoming store for every shopper.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Other duties as assigned*.
