Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience at our Hephzibah, GA store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, keep shelves stocked, and help unload trucks while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
