Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities also include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, maintaining a safe, courteous environment, and supporting leaders and associates. Part-time role with opportunities to grow within a national retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe and respectful environment with professional interactions.
