Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

The role emphasizes helping customers, following store procedures, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working part-time hours. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with a commitment to a positive, respectful environment and teamwork.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail/customer service experience in shopping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
