Family Dollar in Burgettstown, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, operate the register, and keep the store tidy and stocked.

You will assist customers with questions, process transactions, unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, friendly environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; physical activity including lifting is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned*
