Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store helpful.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and other physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of store areas including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders while ensuring safety.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
