Job summary

You will assist with unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety and compliance while engaging with customers and teammates. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring neat presentation.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
