Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our West Mifflin, PA location. Part-time role with responsibilities across transactions, stocking, and customer assistance.

You will maintain store cleanliness, handle unloading, and support leaders while providing friendly interactions with customers and team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
