Family Dollar in Waynesville, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle transactions at the register, and ensure the store is stocked, clean, and secure.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and upholding safety standards while delivering friendly, professional service to customers and fellow associates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
