Job summary

Family Dollar in Louisville, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, manage sales transactions at the register, keep the store stocked, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, strong communication, and reliable attendance. This is a part-time position with equal opportunity employment provisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent movement activities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms included.
• Other duties as assigned.
