Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, stocking products, and ensuring safety and friendly interactions with customers and coworkers. This is a part-time role located at our Superior, AZ store, with opportunities to grow.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
