Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Peoria, AZ team. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and help stock and replenish merchandise. You’ll maintain a clean, safe environment and support the store’s daily operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and walk/stand repeatedly.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are required.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
