Job summary

Family Dollar is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Show Low, AZ. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean. The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

The position is part-time with duties including stock replenishment, unloading trucks, and ensuring store standards. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
