Qualifications

• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
