Family Dollar LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers and manage in-store responsibilities. You will assist with questions, handle transactions, protect cash, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, solid communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time, on-site position based in Manchester, NH, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, and waste disposal; keep areas neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
