Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Retail Associate at our North Fort Myers, FL location. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store safe and welcoming. The role requires friendly, efficient service and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills and a readiness to follow store procedures. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, including restrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
