Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers and support store operations in Cape Coral, FL. You’ll assist shoppers, process transactions at the register, stock merchandise, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
