Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, stocked store while upholding safety and friendly interactions with customers and team members.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to courteous service. Part-time opportunities are available in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous retail customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform general cleaning and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash.
