Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on a cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
