Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, process transactions, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise and maintaining a clean, safe environment while providing friendly interactions with customers and team members. Role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and ensure cash security.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; restock according to productivity standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful store environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
