Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, stock and unload merchandise, keep areas neat, and uphold a safe, respectful store environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a focus on friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store CS experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
