Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Elfrida, Arizona is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist shoppers with questions, handle sales at the register, stock merchandise, and help unload trucks to keep aisles full and organized.

You’ll maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment, collaborate with teammates, and follow store procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and loss prevention. Part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist unloading trucks and replenish stock timely.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep the store clean, restrooms stocked, and areas neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
