Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Adhere to operating procedures and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising and readiness for the sales floor.
• Assist with store recovery and cleanliness.
• Uphold safety and labor policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
