• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work early mornings starting at 6am daily.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Participate in safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
