You will engage with customers, keep the store organized, and support store operations according to established policies. Responsibilities include processing purchases, promoting rewards programs, maintaining merchandising standards, and participating in safety and recovery tasks while providing excellent service to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prep merchandise for the floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention programs.
• Follow labor laws and store policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
