Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and may involve duties such as operating a cash register, merchandising, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Experience is not required, though retail or farming/pet knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan‑o‑gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift/baler if allowed by age.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary customer experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and sanitation of poultry holding tanks.
