Job summary

Dollar Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Youngstown store and provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You will stock shelves, unload merchandise, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members. Part-time hours and flexible scheduling are available to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and general neatness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
