Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store in Charlotte, NC seeks a retail associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will ring up purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support store operations throughout the shift.

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, be flexible with schedule, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; lifting is required.
