Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience at our Greenfield store. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, and help with stocking and merchandise recovery to keep shelves ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking duties across the store.
