Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a helpful shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the register.

You will also maintain cash security, stock levels, and store cleanliness while providing friendly interactions with customers and team members. This role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and light facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, or grocery is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
