Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling
• Strong organizational and communication skills, plus problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Process sales transactions and manage assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
