Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

In Scranton, PA you will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, keep areas clean, and maintain a safe, friendly store environment. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and a range of employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
