Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Good written and verbal communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish shelves.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
