Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers via phone or in person in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
• Operate the cash register or POS system to ensure accurate sales data and pricing.
• Ensure proper cash handling of all transactions including promotions and discounts.
• Support Round Up program to fund community missions.
• Clean front doors, counters, and display areas; keep front of store neat.
• Assist with promotions and special sign displays.
• Stock and maintain counter; rotate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Assist in training new cashiers.
• Rotate merchandise and maintain store aesthetics.
• Stay current with store branding and price points.
• Follow safety and security practices and report injuries.
