Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Massachusetts LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, follow instructions, and provide excellent service with strong communication. This is a part of a retail team focused on a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise; assist unloading trucks.
• Ensure store cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
