Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Massachusetts LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Easthampton store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), prior customer service in retail or similar environment, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
