Job summary

Family Dollar in Norristown, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
