Job summary

Marshalls in the United States is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience. You will engage with all customers, maintain an organized store, and support operations across departments as needed.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to adapt to changing directions while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards. Retail experience is a plus and associate benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment and follows merchandising procedures.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change per procedure.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to standards.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports loss prevention and shrink reduction programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
