Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility in shifts, including evenings and weekends, and involves operating POS, stocking, merchandising, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Experience is not required, though retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and support stocking tasks.
• Participate in freight process and plan-o-gram merchandising.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes and markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
