Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help shoppers with questions, process transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
