Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our Marshalls store in Gilroy, CA for a Customer Experience Associate. You will engage customers to deliver a high-quality shopping experience, maintain a clean and organized store, and support various sections as needed.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting rewards programs, and upholding merchandising standards while adhering to safety and labor policies. Prior retail experience is a plus, and a flexible schedule is required.
