Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the cash register.

Additionally, you will maintain security of cash, keep the store well-stocked, and help with unloading merchandise while ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
